Security & control

Confidential by design. Isolated by default.

Financial records deserve more than a login screen. Access is enforced by the backend on every request, for every record, every time.

Three layers of access

Practice, client and action-level permissions are enforced by the backend on every request, never just hidden in the interface.

Encrypted credentials

Provider tokens and tax identifiers are encrypted at rest, never returned by the API, and revocable at any time.

Immutable audit trail

Reviews, status changes, uploads, exports and syncs are recorded in an append-only log.

Isolation by default

One practice can never reach another's data by guessing an ID or editing a URL. Unknown records simply do not exist.

Least-privilege integrations

Read-only scopes by default. Source books stay the source of truth.

Compliance-minded

Reviewed against the Nigeria Data Protection Act, with configurable retention and secure exports.

Permissions

Who can do what, in plain sight.

Roles set the abilities. Assignments set the clients. A team member only ever sees the clients they are assigned to, unless their role supervises the practice.

Isolation

A different practice's records simply do not exist.

Changing a URL or guessing an ID returns nothing, because tenancy is enforced where the data lives, and fails closed.

Your accounting practice, connected.

Manage more clients, improve the quality of your work and cut the repetitive admin.
